This small batch brandy was distilled from Manoff apple cider and aged for over 2 years in a Dad’s Hat PA Rye Whiskey barrel. The day will also feature brandy-based cocktails, American-inspired fare by chef Palmer, and some fun “Founding Fruit” history.
